In this group we will engage in simple movement, CBT principles, guided role-play, skill building, and creative expression to assist participants in maintenance of their recovery from alcohol or drugs. Using safe communication techniques, we will explore strengths, create support, increase functionality, learn together, and transform lives.
Please Note: This group is not officially sanctioned by Alcoholics Antonymous (AA). However we will be referring to the principals of AA and related 12-step programs throughout.
