Healing from Trauma with Psychodrama

WHO: Adults (21+) with a history of trauma or PTSD symptoms, or experiencing
avoidant behavior, flashbacks, anxiety, depression, feeling detached, frozen, or stuck.
Psychodrama is an experiential therapy that integrates physical action, sensory awareness, spontaneity, and creativity to invoke the balance between mind, body, and spirit. It is effective because it can internally renegotiate trauma, create deep healing, and provide a sense of safety and empowerment.

In this group we engage in simple movement, cognitive behavioral principles, guided role-play, skill building, and creative expression to assist individuals in their recovery process of healing and growing from trauma. Together we will explore strengths, create support, increase functionality, learn, and transform lives.
